Great location and clean hostel. Temperatures of room was uneven, the one stay close to the window was too cold but those who slept on top of the bund bed was too warm.
Do take note that you have to rent your towel. This caught us by surprise. We have stayed in hostels in other countries and this is the first time towel is not provided.

The location is convenient, near Ueno JR, there is basically no lobby, check in was close to 4 o'clock, the entire front desk was filled with stored luggage, there was no space to move. The room is small, and there is not much space for a four-person room with children, no place to hang clothes, and the toilet leaks a bit. Breakfast was very average.

It's a few minutes walk from Iriya Station on the subway, and just over 10 minutes to JR and Keisei-Ueno Stations, which is quite convenient.
