房間應有的設施都有，一次性的物品在二樓辦理入住的地方可以領取，房間非常乾淨，每天工作人員都會來收拾好。最值得一提的是前台服務人員的態度，全程微笑服務也能夠進行英文交流。尤其是一位名字裏似乎帶有“寺”字的工作人員（不知道有沒有看錯），一直很有耐心解決問題，全程態度都很令人舒服。因為我沒發現房間裏的一次性拖鞋（在鏡子後的櫃子裏）他態度很好地解答了並還是另外給了兩雙拖鞋。酒店地理位置也真的很好，周邊美食、便利店應有盡有，而且非常安靜，我們入住的時候每天晚上都睡得很好！下次來東京還會選擇這裏的。

房間乾淨整潔，過道比較小，箱子攤開不是很容易，衞生間比較大，前台服務不錯，自助洗衣機很好，總體來説體驗感不錯，尤其是離地下鐵人形町站很近，附近生活氣息很濃，晚上出來逛街吃飯很方便

Repeated stays as excellent location just few steps from metro line connecting to both Haneda and Narita Airports, and station itself with lift so not a problem with big / heavy luggages. Super well equipped even with pyjamas so need not to pack any amenities

Very close to Ningyocho subway station, just a few minutes walk away, 7-11 convenience store opposite the hotel, breakfast shop, snack shop nearby
Facilities: No toothbrush, comb, etc. in the room, because I like to use my own, so I didn't ask if I could ask the front desk
Hygiene: OK, bedding is very comfortable
Service: I met an Indian front desk, and I was given a last room, which was on a low floor

衞生：看起來很乾凈，但是有股味兒，是那種印度味兒，但找不到來源。
設施：看上去挺新的，但房間整體比較小，衞生間沒有窗，簾布有點味兒。
服務：有寄存行李服務，前台可以領物品，有掛耳包
