It's about 5 minutes away from the station and it's convenient, but the check-out time is 10 o'clock too early, and you can't store your luggage. If you are traveling alone, the price/performance ratio is not bad.

The windows don't open at all (hotel policy, handles removed) - no access to fresh air. This is a very critical point for me personally. Otherwise, a good budget hotel with a convenient location. Akihabara, the Imperial Palace, Ginza and much more are within walking distance.

The beds were made nicely, just like other business hotels. There was also a back cushion. There was a microwave in the room, so I was able to warm up the tea I had at breakfast in a cup and drink it.
The worst thing was the toothbrush. It fell apart after just one brushing. The whole bunch fell out and disintegrated in my mouth. Even the 5-piece ones for 100 yen from the 100 yen store aren't this shabby, are they? If all Livemax toothbrushes are like this, I'll never use them again. It was the worst.

It's a bit of a walk from the nearest station, but it's close so it's not a problem even with luggage.
