The room is spacious in Japan hotel standard. The shower head is very good with strong water pressure so shower process is comfortable. In main dish selections of breakfast, Japanese style is the best amongst the five choices but it is limited supply of only 40 per day. The other western choices are moderate.

I like this hotel very much. Full marks.
The main reason for the full marks is not the hardware, but the service.
First of all, it was raining and quite cold on the first night. I couldn't find the entrance with my luggage in a panic. The restaurant staff asked us to go through the restaurant. After entering the front desk, a front desk staff with a warm smile received us, and we warmed up all of a sudden. The suitcases were all rainy. A handsome foreign-looking guy at the front desk finished his work and quietly wiped the water off our suitcases with a towel! Super touching.
Every day when I pass by the front desk, I will receive a full of energy greeting.

Speaking of the room, although it is not big, it is very clean.
Even cleaner than another five-star hotel on this trip! There is no dead corner of hygiene at all.
The water for showering is super big, I like it very much.
The location is also very good. It is directly connected to the Narita Airport Skyliner in one stop. Ueno Park is nearby. There is a food street nearby with all kinds of choices.
Will come again!

Location was very nice. The restaurant was quite unflexibel and expensive. 4000 yen per person for breakfast.
Near by is the Ameyoko area and the ueno park. Very nice. And tw0 metro stations.
Also nearby asikasa shrein and Skytree.
If it would by the breakfast price it would be 4 stars.
