The surrounding area is relatively quiet, with a small supermarket, convenience store and several restaurants. There are a lot of food if you walk to Shinbashi Station, and there is also the Mita Line if you walk south.
The hotel service is good, and there are always people to help you late at night.
The hotel is relatively clean and convenient, with many functions and services. The public area is super small and close to the sleeping area, so it's awkward to make noise at any time. As a result, there are few people to chat with, and it's lonely when you are alone.
