Fairmont Tokyo

This time I stayed at the Fairmont in Tokyo, and the tower view was beautiful 🗼! On the first day, it was cloudy, and the view outside the window was misty, but on the second day, it was sunny and the view was gorgeous. It's convenient to catch a taxi downstairs, and the staff are enthusiastic and helpful. There's a Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel, so you can easily grab a bite to eat at night 🍣🥢. Most of the hotel staff were non-Japanese, with very few Japanese staff, and the guests were mainly European, American, and Hong Kong tourists. The breakfast had limited options but the quality was good. They gave us a complimentary Serene dog keychain, which was very cute and a thoughtful touch. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The kids had a great time at the pool downstairs 🩵.

Birthday trip, a fantastic experience. Ambassador Candy Yip from the executive floor provided excellent service and a detailed introduction, even helping us book a table at the hotel's restaurant. The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed desserts with a beautiful night view. All staff members were very polite, showcasing the high-quality service attitude of the hotel, making us feel right at home. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the MTR station, which is very convenient. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

I booked a high-floor tower view room for 5 nights. The check-in was handled by an Indian or Southeast Asian lady, stout and dark-skinned. My room was assigned to the 36th floor, while the lobby is on the 35th floor. At the same time, I overheard two groups of Caucasians checking in next to me getting the same room type on the 40th floor. They finished their check-in and immediately got their room cards and went to their rooms. However, she made me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes, saying the room wasn't ready, even though it was already 4:30 PM. The room directly faces the outdoor spa pool, so you can literally say hi to foreigners from your room. Avoid checking in if it's not a Japanese staff member.

My stay at Fairmont Tokyo this time was quite good overall. Upon entering the room, there was no strange smell, and the decor was understated yet tasteful. The window view was wide and didn't feel cramped. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly. Most importantly, the Chinese-speaking staff was fantastic; communication was absolutely seamless. The bellman was proactive in offering help. It's definitely my top choice for hotels in Tokyo.

This was my first stay here, and everything from the hospitality to the service was absolutely perfect. Thank you for being so flexible and accommodating with my last-minute requests. This has definitely become one of the hotels I look forward to staying at again.

The facilities were clean and the breakfast had a good variety, which was great. I highly recommend visiting the swimming pool as you can get a great view of Tokyo Tower from there.

Three generations of our family stayed here and the facilities, service, and views were absolutely unbeatable! We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The Tokyo Tower view room I booked didn't disappoint; the view was absolutely stunning. Since there were three of us, we had one large bed and the hotel added a comfortable cot. The pool and gym were clean, comfortable, and also offered nice views. There's a Lawson convenience store right at the intersection downstairs, and several restaurants on the first and second floors of the building, making dining and drinks very convenient. It's about a ten-minute walk to Hamamatsucho Station, which offers the airport monorail and JR lines. Walking ten minutes in the opposite direction, you can catch the Yurikamome line to Shinbashi, Odaiba, and Toyosu, making transportation very convenient. It was a great stay overall.
