The advantage of the apartment is that you can cook your own meals. There's a large supermarket just over a ten-minute walk away, which was fun. The room was small and felt much smaller than advertised, but it was fully equipped and clean. I stayed there for three days, and I had to clean myself. There were trash bags, tissues, and other daily necessities at the front desk, but I had to bring my own toothbrush and toothpaste. The self-service check-in system at the front desk was extremely glitchy and took a long time to work with. Several groups of guests encountered this issue. Self-service check-in needs improvement.

Location: The station was a little far (Iriya Subway Station).
The view of the Skytree was great, even from the room!
Room: The washing machine was nice, but there was no place to dry clothes other than the bathroom, so it would have been better if there was more.
There was no partition between the entrance (shoe rack) and the room, so an accordion curtain would have been nice.
The door to the safe in the room was wobbly, which made me feel uneasy.

The facilities are so complete, with a microwave, oven, and dishes. The washing machine with a dryer was especially useful. Check-in is self-service, and just when we were confused, a receptionist appeared and it was done in two minutes. Check-out was even faster, just scanning the QR code on the door and clicking on it to check out, and it was done in seconds. There's a convenience store not far downstairs, where you can withdraw Japanese yen from the ATM and top up your Suica card. There are several subway stations nearby, and it takes about ten minutes to get there. It's even closer to Sensoji Temple, a seven or eight minute walk.

The room was very clean. We were a group of 6 and it was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a living room. It was perfect for a family, with a dining table that seats 6 and a view of the Tokyo Skytree. The room was surprisingly nice. It was only an 8-10 minute walk to the subway stations, Asakusa and Iriya.

The hotel is well-equipped and clean. The rooms are quite large for Japan. There are many restaurants, attractions and shops nearby. It is just a little far from two subway stations, about 10 minutes away. Everything else is very good.
