房間其他設施完備，就是衞生狀況有待提高

We booked a room for four, which was large enough to fit two suitcases. It's two stops from Tokyo Station, and there's a convenience store nearby where we bought some fresh produce, including wagyu beef, to cook at the hotel. The kitchenware was very homely, and I liked the washing and drying machine so I didn't have to sort out my clothes after the trip. The bed was a bit firm, so it depends on your preference.

First the location is not too close to the metro station, a rough estimate would be 10 minutes walk Go to the hotel lobby, saw a sign saying that the waiter was not here (never seen before), waited ten minutes, and had an online conversation with the waiter, the clerk's English is not very good, basically not how to communicate well, at first asked us to get reference Number, then asked me to scan code, took almost fifteen minutes to get the room number and password (note: no electronic key) When we got to the room, the suitcases for a group of four people opened, and there was basically no way to walk, but clearly it said it could accommodate four people, it should be able to fit four large suitcases, and then still be able to walk There was a sofa bed and a bunk bed, which was completely unprepared, requiring the guests to clean up and lay the bed themselves, without any idea that it would be like their own home, with no service at all  From the moment I entered the hotel (I did not know if I could call it a hotel), I did not see any staff at all, the rooms had to organize themselves, there was no service at all, I would not choose this again in the future
