The hotel is convenient for traveling by metro, immediately after exiting to the right, there is an entrance to the subway. The staff is polite, just like everywhere else in Japan. Disadvantages: the choice of dishes for breakfast is small, breakfast cannot be excluded from the price. The dining room is very small and it is difficult to find a place for breakfast in the morning. I asked the staff to write down what the dishes are made of. But they refused to write what includes into dishes ( f.e. salad ingredients). They said that they need to coordinate the permission to describe the composition of the dishes with the management. But It wasn't wasn't agreed in all my 5 days stays. I don't eat meat, and there was meat in the vegetable salad. It is not visible from above, it was in the middle of the ”vegetable” salad. About safety, it's a separate complaint. On the night of 29-30/11/2024, at about 2:10 a.m., the fire alarm went off. The voice notification was in Japanese only, for about 40(!) minutes. With the help of a Google translator, I realized that needed to run outside. The staff should was find reason of problem. Actually it takes for a maximum of 15 minutes to find reason of 'fire” ( 1. to see on display correct place 2.to see by own eyeson both floors). After the signal in Japanese ended in 40 minutes, people began to come back. When people was going to fall asleep again, after 3-4 minutes the alert was swithed troug ht speakers again with the same text but in English. It was turned off in about 5 or 10 minutes. Afterwards in 5 minutes, they started setting up the notification (Japanese text was coming through the speakers). But that's not all. In the morning, at 6:30, a general ”good morning” alert went out thought speakers to the entire hotel. It was impossible to get enough sleep that night. The staff put a paper with apologies under everyone's door in the morning time. There was zero information about how many times and how long were swithed on speakers and other details and explanations of triggers. During this sleepless night, the visitors received only a formal letter. Obviously, there was no fire and they didn't write anything about the duration, numbers and reasons of all alarms. After this night - only a formal letter? It was possible to honestly admit that there was no fire and there are problems with the functioning of the fire safety warning system (EVACS).Conclusion: technically, the fire alarm system is not configured. The staff is not trained. In general, there are some risks.

OK hotel with a good breakfast buffet. My room was very dated and the fridge didn't work even after turning it on, it did however make a lot of noise, so after a day I gave up and switched it off. But the room window opens and the bathroom is clean. Breakfast is genuinely really nice and I can tell the buffet staff take pride in their work. There is always someone at reception, and they can store your luggage (it just sits out in the lobby so best if you can lock your suitcase, in saying that Japan is so safe that you could probably leave a wallet out there and no one would take it.) The location is convenient - 5min walk to Kayabacho station and it's just one line to popular areas like Shibuya or Meguro, lots of convenience stores and restaurants, the standing udon shop round the corner is great for a quick, cheap meal. If you walk east a bit the bridge is nice to cross, and I would recommend Peace Coffee Roasters (big, calm, free WiFi, good coffee) and Hontoni Oishi Coffee (specialty coffee, very local, the best pour-over I've ever had) for cafe lovers. Ideal for a short stay, and getting out and about.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a short walk to the subway station, and has several convenience stores around. The room was clean and has the necessary amenities and toiletries. Even though hotels in Tokyo is generally not big, this room is slightly larger than most hotels and we were able to accommodate 2 large luggages. Upon early arrival, we were allowed to deposit our luggage with them too. The hotel has elevator and a laundry room too.

Pros: good location, there are several stations nearby. There are many shops nearby. There is also a T-CAT nearby, which is very convenient, we took the bus from the airport and got there. I really liked the robe they offer, it's convenient.
Of the disadvantages, I can only add that it is very cramped for two, not enough space. My son and I liked everything. Thank you)

Nice simple hotel with a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, as well as polite.
However, there are some drawbacks:
- There are too few power outlets in the room, and it takes ages for everything to charge.
- One time our towels and robes had someone's hairs on them. Towels and robes were clearly washed and ironed, but the hairs were there anyway.

Best value! Highly recommended!
The location is perfect. It’a a walking distance to Ginza area, transportations, and park. You can have a vibe of crowd and shops while walking another way around, you find a beautiful park that calms your mind.
The staffs are the best. Super helpful❤️

Overall was a great hotel, but rooms are really small, but i think it's just in general in japan, cant count as ”-”. Free drinks were available at the 1st floor near to resumption where you could microwave your food and just chill a little bit

The location of the hotel is very good as it is within five minutes walk to two train stations, Kayabacho and Nihombashi. From Nihombashi, one can access Asakusa line which goes directly to Narita Airport.
The hotel room is small, so be prepared! However, the bed and pillows are comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom are adequate. In addition, there is a supply of other amenities such as combs, facial masks and cleansers freely available at the lobby.
There is also a self service laundrette.
The breakfast is complimentary. There are different simple sets available - adequate for a good start to the day.
We enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

Pros: Location was great with just 7-10mins walk to Tokyo Station and there's Kyobashi Station (Ginza Line) just outside the hotel making it easy to access to Shibuya Station. Massage Chair in each room as a replacement of bathtub, came in handy for our aching backs and legs (not for feet) which we used it almost everyday!
Cons: Found a strand of hair in the bath towel for 2 days stay. Note there's no washing machine in hotel but they do provide laundry service (chargeable). Bed is situated next to bathroom so lights will be shinning into the bedroom when using the bathroom.

This hotel is in quite a good location - Tokyo Station is only a 5-10 walk away. The hotel is pretty good overall, and the only annoying oart was the checkin process. We had to use self-service machines to check-in but they had difficulties finding our booking and the instructions were not always clear. The staff was friendly and helped us to sort the problem out. The room was a bit dated but it was clean.

Great
SShugerGreat hotel. Room size is slightly bigger than the normal. You can open your luggage comfortably. Daily change of towels is a bit much but could be useful for others.
Hotel amenities and locker for luggage after checking out is a big plus.
Hotel is near 2 stations (hibiya and asakusa) and a quick walk to Koami shrine too.
There is a building full of food options near the Ningyocho Station. Close at 11pm. Check it out!
Take cab to tokyo station for easy airport bus transfer!
GGuest UserI like the location. Its quiet and close to the tourist attractions. Hotel allows me to send my online purchases one month before the check in. It helps a lot.
Check out is at 11am, which is one hour later than many hotels. You don’t have to wake up early to pack your luggages.
EEnji EnkatsuComfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities
I stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this hotel. The room size was perfect—not too small or large, but just enough for a comfortable stay. My room came with a balcony, which was a lovely touch.
What impressed me the most were the amenities, which were the most complete I encountered during my trip to Japan. The room included a microwave, refrigerator, and even a washing machine. The shower amenities were also very comprehensive, and you can refill them for free in the lobby. Additionally, the lobby offers a coffee machine where you can enjoy free coffee and hot chocolate, which was a delightful perk.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and even moved it to my room after check-in time.
The location is another highlight—close to both a station and a bus stop, yet calm and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.
EEvgenii SchI had a very comfortable 5-night stay at Nishitetsu Inn Nihonbashi.
The rooms are small, as expected in Tokyo, but had everything I needed. Room cleaning was done every other day, and fresh towels were provided daily. Everything was clean and in great condition.
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Breakfast is Japanese-style and I really enjoyed it. I went at different times during my stay and it was never crowded.
The hotel is conveniently located near both the Asakusa and Hibiya subway lines, making it easy to get around Tokyo.
Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.
Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again.
AAnonymous UserGood location with 500m walking radius to 3 subway Hibya, Asasuka & Z line. Room too small with big luggage 20kg. Bed smaller then queen for 2. Breakfast only pastry. Toilet with heated seat & seat bidet. Universal hp charger ready in the room.
GGuest UserHow should I describe the hotel we stayed at on our last night in Japan? When I looked at the map in China, it seemed like this hotel was very close to the city center. In fact, its address is very awkward. It’s not far from anywhere, but it also feels a bit far when you get there. The hotel is relatively small. I lived near Disneyland before, so I thought the price of this hotel was close to the center of Tokyo. In fact, it feels a bit expensive for this size. The service is OK. The sister at the front desk speaks good English and has a good attitude. There are two convenience stores nearby, including a Matsuya. It's also OK to go to Ginza, Shibuya and other places. We walked to Akihabara and Sensō-ji Temple. Overall, I would rate this place higher if the price was a little cheaper. (This is a two-star hotel, but Ctrip seems to label it as a three-star hotel?)
JJING TANGIn terms of transportation, it is very close to the subway station, but it is in a rather awkward subway station, which is a bit of a pity.
The room is not big, but it is just right for one person; if two people live in it, it may be a bit crowded. The facilities in the room are very complete and I am very satisfied with them.
The counter staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and there is also a luggage storage service.
The price is a bit high, but acceptable in downtown Tokyo.
GGuest UserThis is the cutest hotel I've ever stayed in. Free coffee all day, free plum wine, sake and shochu during happy hour from 5 to 7 pm, free udon from 8 to 10 pm. The staff are all working students, they all speak good English and are very friendly. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with the Asakusa Line almost at the door, which goes directly to Narita and Haneda airports. The only downside is that the bed is a little small. My wife and I are not big people, so we both felt a little crowded, but they said it was a single room and could accommodate two people
KKiara Faye LagrisolaCheck-in was a breeze and done through a machine. The hotel has everything I need and it’s so close to a Lawson, nearby restaurants, and the nearest metro station (Shintomicho St. on the Hibiya Line) is down by the street. Sufficient for a solo business stay.
