It’s my first time in Japan and in Tokyo. I’m glad that I’ve chosen such a wonderful place with kind, caring, helpful staff ❤️
The location is quite convenient. You can easily get any tourist attractions without changing trains.
There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby.
The rooms are clean and comfortable for solo traveler to stay. There isn’t much space for family stay i think and it’s okay.
Cleaning comes every day.
Breakfasts were included. They’re rather traditional.
Drinks are free all day.
Thank you so much. I will come again.
Such a great hotel! Location within Kita-senju district is amazing, nearby the station and malls. Staff is nice and lobby has complimentary toiletries with a wide selection. They also have kitchenwith vending machine and laundry. The room was comfortable and nice. They also have a public bath. One note for foreign tourists with tattoos: they won't allow you to use it which is a pity, but understandable. Since this was my only issue, I give 5 stars, but I wish I could have seen the public bath (it would worth to highlighton Trip.com)..
I recently stayed at this hotel in Tokyo for 8 nights and had an overall positive experience. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The cleanliness was acceptable, meeting my expectations for a comfortable stay, and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One standout feature was the washing machine available in the lobby (though it comes with a small fee), which was convenient for a longer trip. The location is a short walk from the Tokyo Metro Ayase Station, making it easy to get around, but it’s a bit far from the city center, so plan accordingly if you’re aiming to explore central Tokyo frequently. Given the price, I found it to be a fair deal and would consider it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers looking for convenience and decent comfort.
The staff are all kind and there's no problem if you just want to sleep.
You can get free curry and udon for breakfast, and it's clear that they've made every effort to provide the best hospitality possible in a small establishment.
The building is small, so they've worked hard to create a bath and rest area within it, so it always feels cramped.
Those who are used to larger capsule hotels might find it a bit stressful.
Personally, I felt that it was a shame that the space for the bedrock bath felt like dead space.
Very close to the station is very grateful to the elderly.
Breakfast is a limited choice, so there are few menu and it is a little disappointing. I wanted to eat something else.
the convenience of travel is very good.it feels safe during the day and night.the surrounding is a very peaceful villa.
Many restaurants around the Skytrain station
Room 101 is bigger than reported on trip.
No noise from the train
Contacting the providers via email is good, but if you want to contact urgently, it may not be convenient.
there was a problem with hot water,no on the last day of stay

The Prism Court Ayase is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Prism Court Ayase offers a pleasant stay in Tokyo for those traveling for business or leisure. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 1km from JR Kameari Station and 34km from Haneda Airport. In addition, Ayase Metro Station is just a short walk away. Guests will find Fujitsuka West Park, Higashi Ayase Park Heated Pool and Welcome Kameari Ryo-san Statue just a short distance from the hotel. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Yatsuka station on a main road. The building is older, but the large rooms are well-maintained, clean and
the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple, you either have 2 slices of toast with butter and jam or 2 rice balls with the small salad plate, taking rice and toast is not permitted, the lady at breakfast keeps a close eye on this. Unlimited coffee from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
The hotel rents out a bike, a mamachari without gears. It works well though, I cycled 50 km through Tokyo on it.
There are various supermarkets around the hotel within 5-10 minutes. There are also restaurants, a little further away there are several izakayas and in the BellX Mall there is a Saizerya restaurant with cheap Italian food.
The staff at reception are very nice and helpful, the lady at breakfast only speaks to Asian-looking guests.
Good for one night, but if you want to stay longer you should note:
All the windows in the hotel have a fixed privacy screen, you can only see out through a small gap at the top and bottom. The elevated road to Tokyo is within earshot, and the noise is hard to block out even with earplugs. If you can only sleep with the window open you have a problem. The air conditioning in the room hums very loudly all the time, I didn't use it, not even for heating.
I didn't use it.
MMariel YamanakaOur stay was good! It was hostel and the other guest staying is very friendly. Just 8min walk from the Kita Senju station and very convenient because there is a lot of restaurant around.
Love to stay again.
