직원의 친절도. 서비스. 체크인 과정. 청결 상태. 룸 클리닝. 시설 등 모든 것이 100% 완벽 했습니다.
특히 화장실/욕실. 욕조의 청결이 굉장했습니다. 어쩌면 운이 좋아 제 방을 담당한 직원의 실력이 좋았던 걸지도 모릅니다.
저는 5성급 브랜드 리조트, 호텔을 가도 욕조는 잘 사용하지 않습니다. 만져보면 바로 느껴지잖아요.
도쿠시마 워싱턴 호텔 플라자 욕조는 최고 였습니다. 샤워 하러 욕조에 들어선 순간 발바닥에서 느껴지는 뽀득뽀득함이 정말 깨끗해서 저도 모르게 뜨거운 물을 받고 있더라고요.
덕분에 2박 하는 내내 목욕으로 피로를 풀 수 있었습니다.
위치 좋고, 친절하고, 깨끗하고... 숙소에서 더 이상 무엇이 필요한가 싶습니다. (조식은 이용하지 않았습니다.)
저는 산 배경의 저층 방이었습니다. 아침에 일어나 바라보는 산이 정말 상쾌 했습니다.
한국인이 안 오길 바라면서도. 호텔이 더 잘 유지 되길 바라는 마음으로 후기 남깁니다.

역에서 도보 15분 정도. 시설은 낡았지만 룸청소하는걸 지켜봤는데 매뉴얼대로 굉장히 꼼꼼하게 치워주심. 청결함. 1층 드링크바 이용 가능한 점이 좋았음.
혼자 묵었는데 싱글룸이 모여있는 층에 배정받아서 조용했음. 추천!
