I had originally booked for one night, but I was unable to return home due to the typhoon, so when I checked in I asked if I could extend my stay. They immediately accommodated me as they had a room available. The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely use their services again.

This hotel is about a 2-minute walk from Tokushima Station. There are two Agnes Hotels across the street, and the fact that it has a large public bath is a plus. The front desk was generally very friendly. You use a key to enter the room. The room was simple and clean, and the bed was large and of normal height. The amenities and facilities in the room were comparable to those of well-known hotels, but there was no security box. Meals were served at the hotel next door from 6:30 a.m. at a buffet. There was a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, including Tokushima local cuisine. The public bath was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable to use, and the feel of the bed and the height of the pillow were just right for me, so I was able to sleep soundly until the morning. The Wi-Fi was free and stable, with a reasonable speed. I only met Japanese customers. This hotel had high service and value for money.
