コロナ禍において、静かでお部屋食のできる宿はとてもありがたいです。こちらには何度も伺っていて、一番の楽しみお食事なのですが、お献立の後半から夫と「あれ？作り手さんが変わった？」と同じ印象を持ちました。いつもの繊細さが感じられず、「そいうこともあるかなー」と次回に期待して宿を後にしました。 毎年実家でこちらのお節料理も頂いているのですが、今年のお正月は母の自宅介護でそれどころでなく、来年は喪中のためお節はなしとなり残念です。約２年に及ぶ非常事態で旅館の経営は本当に大変だと思いますが、これからも美味しお料理を楽しみにしています。
