Добрый день! Заехали с семьей по обедать на шведский стол, уже под конец практически. Все было очень вкусно , за исключением одного но конда мы подошли что бы налить себе кофе, аппарат набрал одну кружку и потом попросил обслуживани. Я повернулась стоял обслуживающий персонал,стояло две женщины , я попросила « а можно вас»?! - на что последовал смех и ответ «нет!» - и опять смех со своец напарницей! Мы были просто в недоумении, от всего этого! Она конешно подошла сделал аппарат! Но осадок конешно , остался!

It's really embarrassing that in our country you can't handle the Estonian language and it's as if it's natural that you have to communicate in Russian. How is it possible that a doctor cannot explain to a client his health problem in Estonian...shameful.

The receptionists are Russian. They don't speak English. It is paradoxical that in a tourist centre in a country like Estonia, which is so open to Europe, the staff doesn't speak English. This makes the Toila Spa seem like a place in the depths of Russia. The worst thing is that the receptionists are not friendly and kind to the clients either. Instead, they treat the clients with a certain authoritarianism that is not typical of the European culture of good service. Much of the Soviet mentality still remains in this region of the Baltic countries. I was a frequent client, but I decided to change to the Narva-Jõesuu Spa.

We travelled with my mother to relax and enjoy ourselves, and Toila Spa delivered our expectations! Friendly service, many wonderful spa treatments including massages, amazing Orhidea spa with cozy saunas and delicious food. Also location is very peaceful, with beautiful nature and sea nearby. Prices are not high, I was amazed how much you get with just a few hundred euros. We enjoyed ourselves and we are coming there again soon to relax and unwind!

Nice and peacful place with professional specialists for all kinds of massages. Situated on the sea side and near an wonderful old park. Good kitchen with various courses, clean and comfortable simple rooms. Very recommended in any season.

Спа хороший. В отеле не ночевал. С завтраком была проблема: Завтрак заявлен до 10, а блины и яйца перестали приносить уже в ~9:15 и сказали, что больше готовить не будут. Клиенты подходили и с недоумением уходили. Обычно в отелях готовят еду до самого конца завтрака и это, по моему, правильно. Если бы пришел в 9:30, получил бы к сожалению весьма маленький выбор блюд.

On a road trip to discover the unbeaten path, we wanted to stop by for food. Bad timing and off-season made it impossible to find anything available, so we gave a try at the Hotell, where we found a self-service buffet and a restaurant available. We opted for the self-service buffet that offered a good variety and good quality of food. The place is recently renovated and was pleasant. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were very warm, helpful and extremely professional. Strongly advise for road travelers...

Swim in the pool and see the winter forest from the huge windows! Go from one sauna to another, never choosing one! Relax in the Orchid! Have several massages and baths! Don't be lazy and find a grotto in the park, a cave of a silver spring! Dance at the New Year's banquet! The food here is delicious, everyone is very friendly. The hotel is clean, cozy and comfortable.
