This is a big hotel in Tofino. There is a restaurant downstairs. The breakfast is OK. The hotel room is clean. There is a kettle in the room. Ask the front desk for tea bags. Check out is usually at 11 o'clock. In the off-season, you can discuss with the front desk and extend it to 12 o'clock. Opposite is the famous Chesterman Beach. You can go to The Pointe for a meal. The environment is great.

The hotel is like a paradise. Although we have been in the rain for three days, it does not affect my good impression of the hotel. There are a lot of parking spaces in the hotel, and many tourists come to vacation with a surfboard. The rooms are very good in all aspects, both hardware and vision. The front desk sister is not too slow, nor a smile, but still patient.

We went out whale watching and weren't disappointed. We saw grey whales, sea lions, seals, and many gorgeous sea otters. Cali, our guide and captain, was very knowledgeable and able to answer our many questions. I've lived in Victoria for 40 years and never bothered to go whale watching until last year when I took out of country visitors out with Tofino Resort & Marina. It was so much more than I expected and so I returned again this year with friends. I recommend this company and the experience to anyone interested in see sea life in the beautiful waters around Tofino.

When driving up to the motel we wondered what we got ourselves into. But we were pleasantly surprised by the room, including the view and location. The double beds felt like the smallest double beds we had ever had. For two adults it is tight fit on one bed. There is a microwave, kettle and coffee machine. They even had creamers in the fridge for the coffee and tea they provided. Such a nice touch. A small ice machine is available on the main level. I can’t stress enough how amazing the location is. We could walk everywhere. The only time we drove was to the beach. Even our whale watching trip was just down the road. I would definitely stay here again.
