Cobble Wood and Bird Sanctuary Guest Houses

We had the pleasure of staying at Cobble Wood for 3 nights (Sept 3-6) and would not hesitate to recommend this property. Ken, the very friendly host, escorted the 4 of us (2 couples) to the spacious, bright Kingfisher Suite where he provided many recommendations for the area. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. It was great to be able to cook some meals in but still be within walking distance of the complex that has Tacofino, Wildside Grill, Tofician Coffee and Chocolate Tofino. It’s also a 10 min walk to McKenzie Beach, very close to the bike path and a 5-10 minute drive into town so perfectly located but still manages to remain very quiet and away from the bustle. It’s next to a bird sanctuary so the birds at the feeder and humming birds were beautiful. We can’t wait to return!

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in the Hummingbird Suite. Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful with things to do in Tofino. Great location to do activities in Tofino or head to the beaches.

Cobble Wood, is a great stay in Tofino!! Great location, walking distance to Mackenzie beach, tofino brewery/distillery, and the plaza. The heated floors in the washroom and entryway is a nice treat on a cold day 😍. Great cottage feel nestled in the trees, with the bird feeders makes it great for bird watching. Definitely would stay here again!! The self check in is great and we were able to start our vacation as soon as we arrived :). Thank you !!!

We loved our stay at Cobble Wood Guest House. We spent three nights in the Golden Dawn suite and it had everything we could have needed for our stay. We were greeted by Ken who showed us to our apartment and spent some time answering our questions. His recommendations were really useful and we had some good meals out thanks to where he advised. The suite was cosy, clean and big enough to relax in. We would recommend to any couple staying in Tofino
