"I've never had an experience like this, so here goes. Here's the short version. Don't go here, don't stay here, the people who work here, they won't care. They don't care if you do either. They could care less about their jobs, your life, anything at all it seems. I'd say they were rude but it takes an effort to be rude. Apathetic staff, service in their bar, didn't exist, waited and waited, even watched them on their break eating pizza, and looking at me like, what? Did you want something. And this was me thinking of what might be good to say about the place. Todos Santos is a great town don't ruin your experience here. Stay somewhere else "

"We had a wonderful stay at Todos Santos Boutique Hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful—well maintained, full of charm, and thoughtfully designed throughout. From the very beginning, Marco was fantastic to work with over email—responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Once we arrived, the service only got better. We asked for a late check-out and they kindly extended it until 2:00 pm, which we really appreciated. Adrián in food & beverage was also exceptional—very attentive, friendly, and always happy to answer our questions about the hotel and its history. He truly enhanced our experience. Dining at Restaurant 1890 was a highlight. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were just right for sharing, which we loved. We also really appreciated the thoughtful in-room touches like the slippers and sleep masks—such a nice detail. We ended up having a very restful night. And a special mention to the staff uniforms—absolutely stunning. Elegant and unique, with a very refined look. The whole team looks amazing. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make the experience so special. We would definitely come back."
