Staff are nice

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the luxurious lobby and the beautiful view of the harbor from the room. The restaurant has spacious seats and serves delicious Matsusaka beef. If you go by rail, you can go to the official website to apply for pick-up service.

It is a higher-end hot spring chain store. The room was very big. I booked a single room and was given a twin room. The hotel may be 700 meters away from Nakanogo Station in a straight line, but with a narrow strait in the middle, the distance is still very far. You can ask the hotel shuttle to pick you up. The staff are very friendly, there are free late night snacks, and the hot springs are very comfortable. There is nothing to go shopping around, and the hotel does not have many other facilities. It may be a bit boring for a family.

The location is on a hill, but it is quiet and good for resting compared to its size. The dinner buffet was good because it was mainly seafood. There wasn't much meat, so it was a little lacking for children. There were a lot of people in the restaurant, but the hot spring was quiet and not many people.

The service was attentive and pleasant, with the staff smiling, but I think it would be better if the food was a little warmer.

The hotel room was larger than I expected and the facilities and amenities were good. I was a bit concerned that the buffet food was cold (even though we were in a group that started at 5:30pm).

The hotel environment is comfortable and the staff have high service standards. All of them are smiling. The only thing I was most looking forward to was the buffet dinner. I was disappointed. The tempura shrimps, etc. were all hot and refilled. They were all slightly warm... the hot plate seemed to be hot again and again... the fish It’s always delicious, there are no slices of shellfish, and every bit of it is fresh... There are only 3 or 4 types of desserts but no ice cream. We started eating at 6:45 and left before 7:30. There is free midnight snack ramen. Breakfast was average...maybe it's because this hotel is cheaper I get what I pay for!

The environment is quiet, the hotel facilities are very new, the service is very good, the buffet food is quite rich, and the hotel has station pick-up and drop-off service, which is worthy of praise. When I soaked in the hot spring, I saw the staff doing the water sample inspection, and I was very relieved👍🏼

There are few types of food, the taste is not good, and there is little time for eating. There is no bathroom in the room. You have to go to the public bath in the lobby. The facilities are very old and there are no supporting facilities The staff also have no communication skills and their efficiency is very low.

We stayed for one night with three adults and three children. We are sorry for leaving a lot of food for our children (ages 5, 3 and 1), and for the person who cooked. When I made the reservation online, I wrote in the questions and comments section that I was worried about the meals for the children. I received a call at the same time as the reservation. I made the reservation by saying that my one-year-old child would not need a futon or food, and that my five-year-old and three-year-old children would receive a children's plate. I should have checked the amount of the children's plate at that time. I heard that it was about the same as a children's lunch, so I thought that the side dishes, rice and dessert would be served on a large plate on one plate. In reality, it was too much for even a five-year-old to eat. I was also surprised by the front desk's response at check-in. They asked if I wanted to add more when they saw my one-year-old, so I ordered it thinking that my one-year-old child would be able to eat it, but I would have liked some advice that two plates would be enough. I hope that they will be more considerate of people with children in the future (checking their age and amount of food). I hope that they will help prevent food waste again.
