The website said the shuttle bus didn't require reservations, but I was worried, so I called customer service again to confirm it wasn't necessary. They even texted me where to wait and what time. In reality, there was no shuttle bus at all. It didn't show up at either time. A kind shuttle driver from another hotel called for me, and at the end of the call, he asked where I was coming from. Haha. When I showed up, there wasn't even an apology. The front desk check-in was incredibly slow, and they looked at me with a half-smile, asking if I'd paid.

Pets are a priority, so I was able to bring my dog with me without any worries, and there were dog runs outdoors, on the rooftop, and indoors, as well as a pool, which was nice. The lobby and elevator were nice, but the hallway and room smelled bad after getting off the elevator. There was a constant pee smell.
