Rooms are clean except dampness and few cockroaches. Lnhospitable staff, unsuitable for hospitality business. Won't recommend staying here.

The hotel is old now the housekeeping is the worst. This was my 2nd time staying in maratha but this experience was one of the bad experiences we had. They need to upgrade the infrastructure, and other amenities as well. The other places are also very dusty over all.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. As i have to visit kolhapur and couldn't keep luggage with myself, so they keep luggage there safely. When my kolhapur visit was over i took my luggage from their office.

Hotel is good. But regular maintenance required. Hotel staffs are humble and well behaved. As per cost, my expectations are high, but hotel is not worth of such price. Food was not tasty and very expensive. They are charging extra service charges on everything even on water bottles also. I would suggest customer should order-in that will be far better than hotel food and even they will get cheaper.
