Hotel les Zianides

Very friendly attentive staff, however, at breakfast not enough choice, then two days water cut and swimming pool not cleaned, spacious room but old furniture. And to top it all off, an hour to collect my passport while I had the voucher, supposedly they did not have the details of my reservation. Very disappointed as I was born in Tlemcen but I live in Paris. I am not going back there and given the price of the room I tell you not recommended.

Nice hotel very well located in the center of the city

Pire expérience dans un hotel de toute ma vie je ne me suis jamais sentie autant maltraitée que dans cet hotel je ne souhaite à personne de vivre mon experience non seulement c’est un hôtel complètement abandonné très mal entretenu mais en plus le service est médiocre on nous a fait attendre 1h30 pour nous servir le diner et une fois qu’ils ont commencé le service on m’a ignoré royalement sous prétexte que j’étais assise toute seule à la table et qu’ils devaient attendre que la table soit entièrement remplie pour me servir donc si personne ne vient s’asseoir avec moi je ne dine pas, le pire dans tout ça c’est que quand j’ai appelé le serveur pour réclamer vu que j’attendais deja depuis longtemps il m’a ignoré et il a fait comme ci qu’il ne m’avait pas vu, en tout cas chose sure je ne lui pardonnerai jamais.

Que des mensonges. En plein mois d'août, l'état de l'eau de la piscine était déplorable. Elle était si trouble qu'il était impossible de distinguer le corps de la fillette qui gisait au fond. Ce niveau de négligence est tout simplement inacceptable.

A fuir si vous souhaitez vous reposer. La journée c'est infernal, mais le pire , c'est la nuit . J'ai cherché en quoi ils mérité les 4 étoile, je n'ai pas trouver. Les prix sont très excessive par rapport a ce qu'on vous proposent. La chambre ne vaut pas du tous son prix , la nourriture encore moins ,une vrai arnaque. Seul chose positif et encore pas toujours, c'est le personnel. La direction es vraiment pas top. Le ménage dans les chambres c'est une options ??? Au final ce fut une très grosse perte d'argent et une énorme déceptions. La prochaine fois je paye moins cher un deux étoile et au moins je ne me plaindrait pas in shaa Allah

The worst hotel in Tlemcen is the dirty and moldy Zayanin Hotel, and the bad treatment of the hotel staff. I spent a week in which I really hated the life of my life. I do not recommend it to anyone, especially with family. The prices are expensive for no reason, the room is full of stains on the bed and curtains, the mattress is cramped, and the morning breakfast is not satisfactory or sufficient for all the guests of the hotel.

I have just had a very pleasant stay at Les Zianides with my family. The architecture of this monument is remarkable. Shout out to the genius of Pouillon, its builder. The staff is very courteous and professional. The swimming pool is very well cleaned, which limits its chlorine overdose. The garden too. The kitchen is ok. The royal breakfast. During my visit to the “El Zianiin” hotel in Tlemcen, I was blown away by its remarkable architecture, worthy of a museum. However, I must express my disappointment with the services offered. The rooms are far from up to standard, they lack modernity and are unfortunately poorly maintained. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, with an excessive presence of dust which triggered an allergy attack in me. When I reported these issues to the receptionist, his casual and nonchalant response surprised me. He simply replied: “hehe, like me”, without taking the situation seriously. In addition, the mattress covers and pillows were not changed, which is unacceptable for a hotel establishment of this category. As for the food, I would rate it 6 out of 10. Although some dishes were acceptable, others lacked flavor and freshness. The choice offered was also limited, which contributed to a certain monotony during meals. In short, although the "El Zianiin" hotel is a true architectural masterpiece, I can only severely criticize the services offered. The rooms require urgent updating and regular maintenance to ensure guest comfort. In addition, the lack of hygiene and responsiveness of the staff is disappointing. I sincerely hope that these issues will be addressed and resolved in the future, as a hotel of this caliber deserves to provide a memorable experience to its visitors.
