The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the linens were threadbare, providing little comfort or rest. In my opinion, the hotel's management is entirely incompetent, with a complete lack of interest in the well-being and satisfaction of their guests. When we requested to speak to the manager, they sent a security guard who was entirely unhelpful and seemed to mock our concerns. To sum up, I would strongly advise potential guests to avoid Hotel Camino Real Angelopolis at all costs. With such a terrible cleaning standard, disastrous access, and poorly-maintained rooms, there is no reason to subject yourself to such a dismal experience.
