Everything was fantastic, staff were happy and friendly, bed was awesome which is not common in Mexico, room was spacious and clean, bathroom great, tons of hot water and pressure, breakfast was good, secure parking, easy level walk to Tlaquepaque shops.

If you are visiting Tlequepaque this hotel is an excellent option. It has all the charm of the town with great service and friendly staff. Just 3 blocks off the city center, you are close enough to all the action and just far enough away to feel like you are in a secluded oasis. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay! the check in receptionist America, Victoria, and Cassandra greeted us with a friendly smiled very hospitable very friendly great customer service. Rosa the cook made amazing breakfast homemade from scratch. The hotel is beautifully decorated the grounds are clean, safe, and quiet. The pool area nice and clean pool clean daily. Overall a great stay would definitely return.

Wonderful big rooms with all you need. Greatly decorated. Staff Is soooo nice. Two blocks from the main plaza is just perfect. They have a nice small pool and a very quiet garden, perfect for reading or just relaxing.

Excellent choice for someone who wants a smaller inn with fewer rooms but a welcome atmosphere. Photos are very accurate of the rooms, the garden property etc but don't show that the pool water gets very cold at night and may not warm up sufficiently to swim in comfortably. Front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, there is on-site parking securely behind the locked gate and breakfast is quite varied per your own choosing. Our ground floor king room was spacious but the walls/windows let through sounds by other hotel patrons when they are in the courtyard. Housekeeping cleaned every day and it was a safe neighborhood. Not for people who need room service and a bar. Suggestion: include breakfast in your booking as there isn't anywhere nearby to eat that early.

Staff is great. Rooms are decorated with local artesania. Rooms need to air out after showers, as exhaust fan is tiny tiny. Located close to everything local and tourist. Make sure you take a room away from the street, that way only the roosters will wake you.

Loved everything about this property. the staff was super friendly, especially Victoria & Melissa. The property is only 3 blocks to the central of all the action, but quite and privet. We were in bungalow 4 next to the pool and was extremely quiet. Made to order breakfast were delicious and the whole place was comfortable and decorated to the hilt. The room was extremely comfortable and the beds too. The shower had immediate hot water and plenty of it. We loved our stay.
