upon availability, no charge from us, but 15 Eur/Usd donation for an official Gofundme Fundraiser we organise. We send infos on request to Matthias only, at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
House/apartment requirements
1. make sure to contract a travel, health and accident insurance.
2. Report to us any damage in house that may arise and we try to solve it.
3. We do not allow parties or loud music at late hours, we want everyone to have a relaxed atmosphere during their vacation!
4. Do not leave garbage or food outside to avoid attracting small critters and at the same time protect the animals in the area, they take the garbage
