Stayed for one night as part of a work related visit to the South West. The hotel was very good value, very clean, couldn’t fault the facilities, the food, or the service. Would definitely use this hotel again

Pretty generic cheap hotel
Good choice if you are not fussed about the services and want a cheap option
The hotel is in dilapidated condition
The room and the beds are very big. The bathroom is generic
The carpets are not really clean and have weird smell which we become used to after some time.

We only stayed one night but the beds are super comfy, we only booked so we could take my little girl to digger land the next day which is like 15 mins away, but myself and my family where pleasantly suppressed my girl is autistic, the hotel staff in general where wonderful they bent over backwards when they found out it was her birthday, yes it’s outdated but does it matter when the food was phenomenal, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and that my daughter was happy we honestly didn’t want for anything, hopefully next year diggers are on the birthday wish list again would happily stay here again

Excellent stay. Cozy room. Very clean. Lots of space. Every thing needed for a good stay. Breakfast highly recommended much improved. 10/10 Second stay this year. Will stay again Friendly staff.

Stayed for a 5 days and part of coach tour. Beds were really comfortable and the rooms clean and spacious. The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. The food was also delicious, varied and decent portions.

Friendly staff which is a positive. Room good size but very dirty and dated Dust on the pictures and bed headboard. Bathroom very dated with dirty plughole in bath. Bar needs a good makeover, tables were scratched and tatty along with the sofa's. Walls had painted over old wallpaper.

We chose Tiverton Hotel for our wedding venue. We wanted everything under one roof and it's local for us, family and has easy access from M5 via the A361 (North Devon Link Road). We honestly couldn't have chosen better. Soraya coordinated the event for us and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The ceremony room was decorated beautifully for us, as was the room where we held our reception meal. Thanks also goes to Carol and all the staff who worked really hard to make everything look amazing.Our meal was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were really attentive and friendly. Absolutely cannot fault the service here. Our room was massive, clean and well equipped. The place is dated for sure however, I understand a refurbishment programme is due to be implemented by the new owners in the short term. Thank you for making our wedding day so special.
