Exclusive and quiet (unless a rocket launches), first floor apartment in downtown Titusville. The building is on the Indian River right across from the Kennedy Space Center's launch pads and two blocks from Titusville's common area with restaurants, shops and clubs. A large window in the living room will allow you to look out Indian River Avenue to Astronaut Memorial Park and Sandpoint Park. It’s a people (or dog) watchers paradise. Your flat is just South of Scobie Park and there are several more parks North toward the city marina. Great downtown location
We had a great stay at the Dolphin Flat! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Capt Mitch was super helpful and quick to respond.The location is excellent — walking distance to cute downtown Titusville with several really good restaurants and the excellent Titusville Playhouse. Plus you have a perfect view of launches from the back of the building!Tips for future guests: Don’t miss The Daley Trade and Cafe Paradisio! Downtown Diner is also great for breakfast. Also, there is a coffee pot and filters in the unit, but remember to bring/buy coffee and creamer!

Perfect stay and perfect location!

Great Place to stay!
We were only able to stay 3 nights, but are already plotting our next trip for longer. We had everything we needed and so close to the bridge onto Merritt Island and to the bike trails. Watched a rocket launch one evening and spent the days birdwatching at the NWR. Great spot to watch a sunrise too.

Well themed and convenient stay
Perfectly placed between coffee shops and rocket launches. We (especially my daughter) loved the decorations - the boat and animal themes throughout. Mitch was also great to communicate with - clear directions to the property and getting checked in.I'd definitely stay here again on our next visit to the space coast.

Great, central location
The property is clean, comfortable and ideally located to explore the area. Capt Mitch is friendly and accommodating, checking in to see we were comfortable and offering full use of the patio to enjoy a launch.

Fishing Trip
Excellent location for going fishing and to Kennedy Space Center. Walkable area with bakeries, coffee shops, and eateries nearby. Condo is quiet with great nautical decor.

Great place!
Enjoyed our stay here, very quiet, close to everything. Rental was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Definite repeat location! Capt. Mitch very responsive and accommodating.
