What a disappointment! We booked three rooms in conjunction with a family reunion. Two of the three rooms were entirely unacceptable, and the third was sketchy. Although we saw no evidence of bed bugs (yay!), the rooms were not clean - there were crumbs and stained linens in the beds, and bathrooms had stray hairs and evidence of smoking (in non-smoking rooms). The hallways were very dirty (we initially thought they might be construction zones) and we saw at least one glue trap for mice. The one redeeming feature was that when we refused to stay, we received a full refund of our prepaid fee. It seems like the place might be under new management, and we wish the new owners good luck in getting things back on the rails...
