i have booked a deluxe double bed room for three members. But the hotel management allotted a double bed room only. not provided a washroom mat also.

I was booked a four bed room Ac for 3 days. Initially they had a provided a room with ac in not working condition. The room was in very pathetic condition. After when I made a complaint they alloted another room for us. The room was not clean and they did not provide minimum.facilities for us 3 days. even they did not provide drinking water for us three days stay. we have purchased water also. The service was very very poor. Only positive this is the location. The hotel is very very nearer to temple. Except location preference there is nothing special in this hotel. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel.

Except close proximity with temple entrance there is no pros about this property. 1.Photos u see are may be 10 or 15 years old . 2. No cleaning 3. Car parking facility not available if it is during pournami u need to stop your vehicle two lines away and u need to reach hotel by walk only due to traffic barricades 4. No cancellation will be allowed (this will give the clear message about their intentions) 5. Prices are too high
