Business hotel that has not business in this business! 1. Booked the hotel seeing they had ev charging facility. Reached to find it was non-functional. Hotel couldn't suggest any alternative. 2. Had requested for extra bed, which we asked the housekeeping team to provide us after we checked-in. They suggested they can bring it up whenever we are ready to sleep. It took them an hour and more after. It was too late by the time we went to sleep. The setting up of the additional bed was even worse service - the boy just threw the folded blanket on the bed and said "here. 3. Restaurant for dinner was even horrible experience. We ordered one item from the menu, waiter goes to check and comes back to say it is not available. We ordered another alternative which again had the same result. Finally the whole process took more than an hour and a half with all the curries tasting the same anyway. We didn't even try the breakfast though we took it as part of the package. 4. We were a party of 4 and there was only one towel, one set of toileteries in the bathroom. The bathroom is so small that it will put even airplane bathrooms to shame. 5. Check out was even worse, slower further delaying our onward travel. The building had chipped walls in some areas and staff definitely need better training. The only saving grace in the whole experience was the housekeeping staff who served us fast with bath towels, water bottles on request.
