We booked an AC room and the AC wasn’t working and when informed the reception they said they would send someone over in 15 mins but no action was taken. When asked about it the next day the staff bluntly said that “it’s not my problem”. When we called the owner she was very adamant

There were bugs in my hotel room. There were cockroaches. The pictures that they put up to show us the room is nothing compared to the room. The bed sheets are stained and look very used. The washrooms have no proper taps. The location of the hotel is not great as well

MMT has stated amenities which are not present in the hotel. There is no restaurant or children's play area. They don't even serve tea / coffee. The price is high. Rooms are good. Choose only if you want to just stay overnight.

Had a great experience in hotel lorven. Warm receiving in reception. Supportive and friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. View from the terrace is awesome. I'll recommend to visit this hotel to everyone.

The property is spacious, neat and clean. The only small things need to be addressed. Like there is no soap in the bathroom. I have to ask for a towel too. Otherwise all good. Also there is no restaurant in the hotel and you have to go outside for food. Also fan is making little weird noise. Otherwise all good and i am fine
