The hotel staff is very good and polite. Stay also okay. Parking space could be a little better. Overall a very nice experience. The rooms are a little old, refurbishment required as we can see paint is going out.

The hotel uses old used bed sheets, pillow covers etc, totally unhygienic conditions inside the hotel. Towels looks so dirty and pale, washroom were smelling badly, total upkeep was in horrible condition.

Our stay was very comfortable, and it's near the railway station and the main bus stand. We also checked in two hours early thanks to the kindness of the hotel management.

Over pricy without complimentary breakfast and no safe is provided in cupboard and at-least hand wash is not provided and blow hair dryer is not provided and few others given in available facilities in make my trip are not provided actually

Location is good near to railway station. Only breakfast was available which was average. Room was horrible. Very small room for 3 persons. The extra bed was provided on the floor and without cot. The bedsheets were not clean. The state of toilet was pathetic with an unclean, ancient closet. The towels provided also were not clean. Toileteries were not provided, however got two sample soaps and dental kit on demand. Overall, the stay was horrible. My humble request is not to include such hotels in your list which would definitely affect your reputation adversely. We are saddened by this experience
