The property is average at its best. For the price of night without breakfast/lunch isn’t wasn’t worth it with mosquitoes all around the room. The bed was very much used and isn’t comfortable either. No place to actually sit other than the bed. There are 2 worthless chairs that can’t be used for long. If you are solo and can stay for a night as a passer by this could suit your travel needs.

Ac stopped working from mid night and bathrooms are slippery. Room and location is fine

Hotel is located in a very convenient place close to garuda varidhi on the way to tiruchanoor. Walkable distance from ps4 the famous veg restaurant. The bathroom was very clean and tidy, smelling fresh with shower facilities. This facility has a lift and was very convenient for senior citizens. Bed was super comfy and good for 2 people.

I, with my family, visited Tirupati Devasthanam on 1st March 2022 and returned on 03rd March 2022. As I was looking for a budget hotel, I the booked hotel Mookambika Comforts 2 rooms for 2 nights. It is worth for stay in city for a price I paid as a budget hotel. Location very good, cleanliness also appreciable and well behaved staff. Manager Mr. Nitin from Mangalore is very soft spoken and very helpful. We did not get the restaurant facility as it was yet to start at the end of March 2022, however the restaurant is fully ready. Otherwise there are many good restaurants all around withing walking distance. Also if the guest want, they will get the food of one's choice from outside which they will serve at the comfort of your room. Just 10 steps inside from Tiruchanoor main road and Padmavathi temple is near by (5 minutes drive from hotel)
