Cleanliness of hotel was average. Spread of complimentary breakfast buffet can be improved. One thing that I wasn’t pleased at all about was their room service food. Fried rice was not tasty at all and the 7up came in glass bottle. The bottle’s opening was rusty and dirty .

one of the best stay. Being a regular traveller, getting a good stay always a dream. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms with mouth watering foods.. everything checked.
Located just at the foot of the tirumala hills, a prime location for visits!!

The overall stay was great. The rooms washroom overall ambience is good. But it was our check in experience that was terrible coz of the staff named srinivasa. We had provided our ids and expected arrival time in advance and called them to keep everything ready so that the check in part is fast. This was confirmed by the hotel that everything shall be kept ready and all i have to do is sign and can move towards the room. But his srinivas guy wasted my time in the process and then he ended up assigning the wrong room category which further wasted out time. In short, guys like srinivas shouldn't be left at the desk alone
