Recently as a group of 11 people we stayed in plr grand for 3 days 2 nigh.Rooms were spacious and had 24hr hot water facility.Staffs at the reception was warm and welcoming.Their complimentary breakfast had lots of options and it was tasty too.we are very much satisfied with over all stay

the stay was comfortable. even though we checked in late night but the check in was smooth without any hiccups or inconveniences. the lobby area had ample space for waiting. they were quick to request and attended to them with promptness.

Room locations are fine but hoy water heater not at all working . when we informed. no action were taken.and there is no Tamil channels on TV

hotel has a restaurant inside which provides complimentary south indian breakfast. Dinner is not complimentary but available. Only chapathi/ phulka and curries and few rice varieties served for dinner.

Properly is centrally located. It is opposite bus stand from where you can get ordinary and AC buses to Tirumala. There are several food joints and restaurants around. Food at hotel is good and reasonably priced. Rooms are not so good and bathroom taps leak. But renovation is going on. As informed, they shall be ready in 3 months. Staff does not talk much but service is good. Soap provided in bathrooms is substandard

No room service, charging extra for everything. Order something and it comes after an hour. They treat as if you don't belong there.
