I viseted Tirupathi and stayed here to performa Kalyanostavam in తిరుమలై. The management tuned to our every requirement and even safeguarded my luggage in their custody also.

as per the price room was not upto the mark, costly bit as per the room. room was not clean , bedsheets were also not cleaned. ac remote was not working and it was at 19 °c always so we couldn't change the temperature. room was so chilled so we have to off the ac, though we have taken ac room but it was no use for us.washroom handshower was not proper, water leakage. room number was 402 for your reference.

We went as a family for lunch to this hotel which is opposite to tirupathi bus stand. The served person in AC room was very rude in behavior and also the managers spoke rude to us when we complained about this person behavior. We have been going to this hotel for the past few years but now the complete management is not proper spoiling this hotel name. Request the owner to take necessary action against these people else you will definitely lose your customers.
