AC is working Good and there are no muskitos. Room cleaning is very Good. All are very Good in Stay.

Rooms were comfortable. AC was not cooling well. when informed that changed the room immediately. good courteous helpful staff.

We have been staying in TVK for almost 8 years now. The rooms are neat and tidy. Both air con and non AC rooms are maintained properly. They provide toiletries and water as per the bookings. The linens are nice and so is the room service and the support staff. Parking is available with a veg restaurant below and close to Tirunelveli Junction and other places. Overall we would rate them Good 😊 👍 (4.5/5)

Pathetic service by Make my trip, giving false information to the customers and saying sorry when unable to solve their problems. My advise to other customers would be to not waste their money by booking through MMT, but if you so want to suffer then carry on.
P.S : They overcharge as well.
