Hotel Chitra Park

Hello manager Gopal of this hotel, here is our review of our stay at Chitra Park. We occupied 2 triple AC rooms on June 14. The triple rooms were spacious. But one of the rooms had a non functioning AC that they didn't check before us occupying. The bed was not clean and still sandy from the previous user, probably. Since we occupied at night, we directly slept only to wake up sweating at 1am. After calling reception from our mobile phone (because the telephone in the room was also non functional), they tried to fix the ac for an hour. After realizing it's not possible, they shifted us to another room in the second floor around 2:30am. Our sleep disturbed, our luggage repacked at 2am, our family of 4 relocated. After the change there were 2 power cuts in the room as well. During checkout, when we tried to explain our situation for a compensation to 'Gopal', a supposed manager at the hotel, he hung up the phone on us. For future users of the hotel: Please check before you occupy your rooms in Chitra Park for- 1. is the telephone working? 2. Are the beds sandy? 3. Is the AC working (room 307) 4. Do the bathroom locks work? Hope this was useful for future users.

Location is ok. But the room is not at all worth the money paid for it. Very poor lighting. Lighting points open without any switches. No mirror inside the bathroom. WiFi was not working for more than a day. As such no food available in the hotel.

It is a Good Hotel to stay as a family.Walkable distance to a temple.Parking is spacious.Overall everything is good.

Didn’t stay at the hotel due to very bad n poor maintenance and odourful rooms but they didn’t allow to cancel the rooms and we paid in full without staying in the hotel very bad service and awful experience with this hotel

The room is spacious and conveniently located within walking distance to the temple, making it easy to visit. The staff are very helpful and attentive, which adds to the overall positive experience. However, there are some issues that need addressing. The sofa cushions are old and torn, which detracts from the comfort of the room. Additionally, the toilet is not in good condition,floors, dining table and cub boards are not clean which can be quite inconvenient. I stayed at this hotel eight years ago, and at that time, it was very neat and clean. The decline in maintenance is noticeable and disappointing compared to my previous stay
