Room was okay, nearby many shopping sites. Good for max 2 nights stay. WiFi in the room is bad as it disconnects most of the time. And if you’re taking Triple Room, they only provide 2 water bottles instead of "three".

Hotel room ( delex) is fine, spacious and equipped with most of the items except wardrobe accessories. Check in was easy and friendly experiences. Car park facility is there and facility for driver slso provided. Fine.

Hii this is suman from Malaysia.. i stayed in hotel shaans thennur for 10 days..the room was good neat and tidy...especially Mr.prathap was a amazing person in thaai restaurant inside hotel shaans ...food was very tasty and excellent...prathap has take care us nicely for 10 days...thanks ...we enjoyed a lot....we ll come again...thanks you mr.prathap...

The staffs here was very nice and friendly especially mr.balachandra The HR manager.The Foods at the hotel is very delicious and toothsome.If you guys ever come to Thennur Thiruchirapalli you guys should try out Hotel Shaans it's very Clean and neat.

We had booked for 3 nights and at the check in we were allotted a room with a window that overlooked a usable corridor. We refused to use the room as there was no natural light and ventilation. We were then given a room that had a window opening into the side open space. In both rooms there were small cockroaches. In the mornings, it world take a long time for hot water to flow into the shower taps. Our stay was from fridat night to sun-day night. On saturday night, there was loud music being played on the upper floor (terrace) in a party, right from 7. 30pm onwards. At 9. 30pm when we complained, the receptionist said that it will stop by 10pm. The music and shouting eventually stopped only at 11. 15pm and thereby disturbed our sleep. Parking facilities and food were good at the hotel.

Excellent service by entire team , starting from reception, room service and dining. Service has been attended immediately. Complimentary breakfast varieties are good. Lunch dinner varieties are also excellent. Quiers are also answered.
