Nice and clean structure located near a square with several bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc.. Friendly staff. Average quality-price ratio (payment upon check-in, i.e. as soon as you arrive). In my case I basically stayed in a mini apartment, i.e. a room with a nice kitchenette equipped with induction, microwave oven and fridge (without freezer though). Everything modern and clean. Comfortable beds. Older fixtures but more modern shutters with electric control (very convenient). Wi-Fi Internet works well, as does the small but valid LED TV. New air conditioning system. For the bathroom perhaps it could be better (let's fix the aerator please), but it is also clean. Garbage cans in front of the hotel, convenient yes, but ??? I don't think it's the "top" to have to personally throw out the garbage considering that you are actually paying to stay like in any hotel (and regarding this last point, in almost a week of stay I never saw my room cleaned even though on the flyer of the instructions placed inside the room it was written every two days...well maybe I missed something about it). Then there is the possibility of internal parking in the courtyard adjacent to the structure, ok convenient as a concept, but you have to be a "skilled" parking attendant. In this regard, it is not true that parking on the side of Viale Tirreno where the Hotel is located, means that you do not receive a fine, as "someone" said, even without displaying the classic ticket because, I personally avoided the fine on the very day I was leaving and when I asked the traffic warden for clarification, well, he is still laughing, repeating that he would have received a fine, as well as all the cars that were parked before mine in front of the hotel (several of which were fined for not having a ticket). It is a structure that I recommend overall.
