Fantastic place host was most welcoming and made us feel so welcome even though we was only there for a short stay .
No bar etc that’s why amenities mid range but not an issue nice little seating area available with fantastic views over the town.

酒店離火車站大概700米，要路過老城區，一堆石頭路，很有年代感。
比較小的一個小鎮，沒發現多少商店，為了坐Bernina Experss來過一晚，非常滿意，值得。

The boss was very enthusiastic. When I was still in the Alps, he called me to ask when I would arrive and was very caring when I arrived. This is indeed a castle. You can have a bird's eye view of the entire Diano. It has a history of three centuries. The castle is very beautiful. It takes a five-minute walk from the city center. Ho soggiornato all’Ostello del Castello e non posso che lasciare una recensione a 5 stelle. La struttura è incantevole, immersa in un contesto storico affascinante ma con tutti i comfort moderni. Le camere sono pulite, ben arredate e molto silenziose — perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione. Andrea è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare nei dintorni. La colazione è stata una vera sorpresa: prodotti freschi, dolci fatti in casa e opzioni anche per chi ha intolleranze alimentari. La posizione è strategica, sia per chi cerca tranquillità che per chi vuole visitare i borghi e le bellezze naturali della zona. Un luogo davvero speciale, dove si respira un’atmosfera autentica e familiare. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno unico e genuino. Complimenti ad Andrea! Wir waren zum Rennradfahren im Valtellina und hatten 4 Nächte im Ostello del Castello. Andrea und seine Familie waren wundervolle Gastgeber, das Zimmer war super, das Haus sehr schön restauriert und das Frühstück exzellent. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

This was my favorite stay during our two week trip through Europe. Andrea, the owner was extremely welcoming and the property and accommodations are absolutely charming!! We had a fantastic breakfast and enjoyed the beautiful views immensely. The only negative thing was the shortness of our stay. We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning to board the Bernina Express. Next time I would definitely stay another night to enjoy all the cute little ski village has to offer!

Bellissima location, tutto curato nei dettagli, camera non da meno, spaziosa e pulita. Colazione ricca e varia con prodotti di qualità e con un occhio di riguardo all'ecosostenibilitá. Host super preparato e disponibile. Se ce ne sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente!

We loved our stay. The property had a lovely charm and coziness. Elisa was an amazing host, she helped us with everything from taxi, late night warm milk for the kids. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as good as it could be. On our checkout, she waited in the rain with us to make sure we got the taxi safely and gave us umbrellas. I would definitely recommend this property and be back myself for sure.
