Un peu cher mais ça vaut le coup
Très belle hôtel dommage je comprends toujours pas ce manque de sourire et d'attention du peuple albanais et là il devrait faire un effort c'est un hôtel de haute gamme au prix qu'on paie un minimum... C'est aussi dommage le service ménage est pas à heure fixe soit la chambre est fait à 9h soit à 17h30 à revoir un peu l'organisation. Mais l'infrastructure hôtelière est top .

Tony at the valet was welcoming and a gentlemen. Front desk staff was accommodating to our needs and helpful with local places to visit. Whenever I’m in Tirana, this hotel will be my choice.

I highly recommend this brand new Radisson Collection property. And truly, I am so glad that we decided to stay here outside of the traffic choked city center of Tirana. It's a pleasant 40 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square from here. The hotel is situated on a small man made lake which adds to the sense of serenity. The only noise you will hear comes from pumping (but not obnoxiously loud) house music in the bar area at lake side. This did not go on past 9pm during our stay. Beautifully appointed brand new rooms with super comfortable beds and perfectly functioning ventilation system. Wooden floors, yes, thank you!. Huge marble bathroom with rain shower and bidet. Good closet configuration. Brand new in room Lavazza coffee machine for an early morning caffeine fix. All top notch. The restaurant is really good with plenty of options. Some of our meals here were stunningly prepared. But I will say that there seems to be some flavor inconsistencies from day to day. Wait staff totally cordial and professional. Breakfast has good choices ranging from fresh fruit to omelettes to petit fours. Special thanks to Hava at the front desk who was extremely kind and helpful with us throughout our stay. Radisson is very lucky to have such a professional woman under their employ!

我在这家酒店过得很愉快，一切都很顺利。 前台的 Armela 在我整个住宿期间（从预订到退房）提供了不可或缺的、令人印象深刻的帮助。 早餐时，我很高兴地发现自助餐桌上的煎蛋卷已经准备好并保温，这样我就不用排队等待厨师准备，让我有充足的时间参加早上的商务会议。 房间很干净，有一个小阳台，可以看到城市景观。 -1 层的水疗中心应该是一个在恶劣天气下非常舒适的去处。 泳池就在湖边，这在城市酒店里是很少见的景色，太完美了！ I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and everything went smoothly. Armela from the front office offered indispensable and impressive help for my whole stay, from booking to checkout. During breakfast I was pleased to find that the omelettes have been prepared and kept warm on buffet table, so it saves me the waiting in line for a cook to prepare, leaving me ample time for business meetings in the morning. The room was clean and had a little balcony looking towards city view. The Spa on -1 level should be quite a comfortable place to go in bad weather. The swimming pool was next to a lake, which is a quite rare view in a city hotel, so perfect!
