Stopped in this hotel to visit Sky Dental to have work completed. If this is what you are here for then the hotel is fit for purpose. If your here for a city break then there are better locations. Overall it is fit for purpose. Breakfast is a none starter I'm afraid.

Uno dei peggiori hotel mai trovati.........................Davvero deludente, dalla camera che non faceva nemmeno la TV e dove erano anche fili della corrente scoperti, al bagno per finire alla colazione...................... delusione totale. Sicuramente non ci tornerò più...

Turismo dentale.siamo una coppia di Torino Questa Albergo mi e stato assegnato dal mio referente,non faccio il nome per correttezza. Elogiando questa struttura eccellente.!!! Purtroppo si è dimostrato tutt'altro che confortevole.: per diversi giorni e mancata l'acqua ,la corrente elettrica,ascensore non funzionante non potendo per diversi giorni fare la colazione,la pulizia della camera quasi inesistente. Discutendo più volte con il personale delle pulizie per ottenere degli asciugamani ..Tutto il personale della Reception inadeguato e NON professionale a risolvere le varie problematiche Questa struttura non la consiglio. Il mio referente non presente a risolvere i vari problemi. Nicola e Donatella.

las habitaciones no son como muestran en la foto, debajo de la cama sucio, lleno de tierra, lo digo en recepcion y me dicen que mañana limpiarian cosa que en los tres dias no han limpiado, la chica de recepcion deberia de cambiar de trabajo, muy desagradable y la que sirve el desayuno mejor no opinar muy desagradable los empleados, fuimos de parte de la clinica sky dental, una experiencia en el hotel muy desagradable, aconsejo no ir a ese hotel

Camere belle e pulite, colazione scarsissima con buffet di soli cornetti vuoti , yogurt e bibite calde. La struttura oggi è in completa ristrutturazione . Posizione comoda al centro. Neo veramente negativo le receptionist.. immagine negativissima per l hotel. Sedute a terra esternamente alla struttura con cellulare e Bibita buona parte della giornata , per niente socievoli e poco disponibili. Le chiavi della stanza devono essere lasciate sul bancone alla portata di tutti obbligatoriamente .. peccato per l immagine dell hotel che complessivamente una volta ristrutturato meriterebbe .

I'm in the hotel right now, it's about 10 PM. Unfortunately I have to say that the receptionist is unbelievably rude and impolite. An attitude I never ever seen in a hotel. She doesn't speak any language, only albanian which is something unbelievable just for the nature of her job. If you ask for something she would fake to not understand and mistreat you in a way so rude that I'm totally speechless. Of course she refused to tell her name and when I mentioned the possibility to have a bad reviews the answer was: "I can't care less" Wow! IF YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED AND ABUSED THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE

Sono stata in questo Hotel per lavoro ma lo sconsiglio vivamente. Camere sporche, vermi nel letto, asciugamani logori, luce del corridoio fuori uso, per non parlare della colazione che dire scarsa è dire poco. Solo succo ace, cornetti vuoti e yogurt, nessun accenno a quella salata. Direttrice sgorbutica e poco disponibile a venire incontro alle innumerevoli mancanze del suo hotel. L'unica nota positiva tutte le ragazze della reception che hanno certato in tutti i modi di venirci incontro ma senza successo. Andate altrove se potete
