This hotel is nestled near a highway where traffic is a problem... relatively noisy all night despite the windows being closed... dilapidated room but great bedding! Average maintenance, soiled and dark carpet, hair found in the bathroom….Big disappointment also with the breakfast, nothing homemade but industrial, the same for the orange and apple juices! Very average overall

Hôtel contrasté comme le pays. Une belle chambre mais très mal isolée de l'extérieur. Assez mal situé en bordure du périph et d'une entrée de ville, plaque tournante pour entrée par l'Ouest de la ville. 10 mn a faire couleur l'eau pour qu'elle soit enfin chaude, joint mal fait du coup la salle de bain inondée a chaque douche. Pour se rendre au 5e vous devez prendre l'ascenseur jusqu'au 4 et finir a pied. La literie est de qualité. Les employés sont également au top que ce soit a l'accueil ou en salle RAS. L'employé du petit-déj a même repéré les habitudes boissons des clients et chaque matin devance les besoins. Merci a lui. Je vous le conseillerai pour l'équipe, mais je pense qu'en terme de finitions et d'emplacement il y a bien mieux a Tirana. Surement viser une résa dans le Sud de la capitale.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel, la struttura è’ piccolina ma molto gradevole ,le camere sono belle e molto pulite. Il Personale è’ stato cordiale e preciso. La Colazione buona è varia. Un po’ distante dal centro ma sicuramente ci ritornerò.

I had an excellent stay. The hotel is well located. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and bright, but thanks to the blackout curtains, I was able to enjoy restful nights. In terms of cleanliness, there is nothing to complain about; the hygiene is impeccable. The staff is exceptional! Professional, attentive, cheerful, and always ready to give good advice for a successful stay! A huge thank you to this member of the catering staff who, without me even asking, understood my essential need for coffee in the morning and served me my cappuccino at my table every day with a big smile. A thoughtful gesture that I particularly appreciated! The breakfast was a real delight with a beautiful variety of fresh products combining Albanian specialties and great classics, perfect for starting the day well. The minibar is well-stocked and varied. Please note that the bill will be payable at check-out. The only major drawback: the insufficient soundproofing. My first night was ruined because I could hear every noise coming from the next room... a really annoying situation, from every point of view!! In summary, a quality hotel, ideal for a stay in Tirana, but which could do with better soundproofing.

We enjoyed our stay and the staffs were very friendly and able to help anytime needed. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice and special thanks to Fabiano, he also helped on how to navigate the city & its environs. Will recommend anytime.

This hotel is more luxurious than its name! We spent two nights in this seemingly luxurious hotel, which is actually quite the opposite! Parking on the roadside and with very little space, we were accommodated in a room that was more than adequately dressed: wallpaper peeling off the walls, broken or damaged furniture, a poorly functioning shower (only the removable shower head worked and the hot water took 10 minutes to come). In addition, the wall joints were not watertight, which literally flooded the bathroom. Finally, the toilet, which was supposed to be clean, was dirty when we arrived with the presence of questionable hairs on the bowl and suspicious stains!!! Despite this, the staff was competent and helpful and the breakfast was satisfactory.

Not a great location. Rooms are old and outdated furniture. They do not have a locker too. The lift only goes till the 4th floor, so you have to go till the 4th floor in the lift and then climb the stairs to go to the 5th floor. The staff is helpful though and nice.
