Consigliatissimo. Esperienza bellissima!!! Sono stata in questo hotel a ottobre con la mia famiglia, un gruppo di ben 12 persone, e dal momento della prenotazione fino alla partenza è andato tutto benissimo. Inizio ringraziando tutto il personale, Elio, Toni, le ragazze...( non ricordo il nome di tutti), sono stati tutti eccezionali, sempre disponibili e pronti a esaudire ogni nostra richiesta con cortesia e professionalità. Le camere e i bagni sono tutte nuove e arredate con elementi di design, ampie pulite e curate in ogni dettaglio. La colazione internazionale è molto ricca e preparata da un simpaticissimo chef italiano.

Hotel moderno stanze comode ampie dotate di tutti i confort, i nuovi gestori da più di un anno sono fratelli ed è a gestione familiare che insieme al personale sanno accoglierti come in famiglia sempre sorridenti pronti a farti sentire a proprio agio per qualsiasi evenienza, letto comodo stanza pulita, colazione europea abbondante mescolata a quella tradizionale albanese , bar funziona 24/24 , la cucina è gestita da un cuoco napoletano che sa prenderti per la gola anche con un semplice ( aglio uoglie e peperoncin ) senza contare la sua premura nel consigliare ai clienti zuppe fredde o pasta sminuzzata che soggiornano per turismo dentale , infatti alcune strutture dentistiche più quotate usufruiscono di questo hotel per i loro clienti, dispone di UN parcheggio e dì un noleggio auto che ho molto gradito per potermi spostare . Consigliatissimo

Al nostro arrivo,ad una settimana dalla prenotazione,non avevano la camera e ci hanno dirottati in un altro albergo fatiscente per 2 giorni dicendoci di ritornare. Al nostro ritorno ci hanno assegnato una camera in garage, appena approntata alla meglio, senza TV,frigo,sporca e senza finestre. Siamo andati via nel cuore della notte a cercare un altro hotel a piedi, con valigie, io mia moglie ed il piccolo di 5 anni e considerando che è situato in una zona buia e piena di traffico non è stato affatto bello. Personale relativamente cortese ma il proprietario presuntuoso è ignorante che ha risposta alle mie lamentele dicendomo: Amigo se non stai bene te ne puoi andare. Sconsiglio vivamente soggiorno in questo pseudo hotel, gente solo affamata di soldi.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We had a long day and a mishap with accommodation arrangements elsewhere and New W gave us rooms at a good rate and even though their kitchen had closed… They helped us order pizza from a pizza delivery shop… I think that was called perfect pizza… And it was wonderful… Good size rooms nicely presented…oh and the breakfast was great. 👍 ….. I cannot recommend more highly.:-)
