Veramente BELLO. Camere comodissime, bagno con doccia idromassaggio e sauna incorporata. Letto grande e comodo. Bollitore con the e tisane in camera. Pulizia e qualità del sonno eccellente. Colazione varia e abbondante. Piscine al chiuso con idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turca di libero accesso sono veramente un delirio. Bar aperto H24. Personale poliglotta e disponibilissimo a risolvere ogni esigenza. Ho organizzato la torta a sorpresa per il compleanno di mia moglie. Il personale già nei giorni precedenti si è reso disponibile a trovare una pasticceria, ad organizzare il gusto della torta e l'orario della consegna. Nonchè la personalizzazione degli auguri sulla torta. Veramente fantastico. Da rifare

Bellissimo hotel, pulito ordinati e parlavano anche l italiano, ci hanno accolto con molta gentilezza e si sono messi a completa disposizione anche nel chiamarci i taxi mentre eravamo in giro per il centro di torna che dista circa 6km dalla struttura. Bella e calma la spa

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend lungo, dapprima la gentilezza e la cortesia nell’accoglienza è stata davvero importante, con tanto di cocktail di benvenuto! Super pulito e raffinato l, camere molto comode e colazione super! Molto bella anche la spa Super consigliato

Immaculately clean Rooms a hood size and Bedfont etc high quality. Staff very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Assisted us when an organised tour didn't turn up. Gave advise on alternative places to visit and how to get there. Drinks not expensive. Lcation excellent for bus station but nothing happening around re restaurants and bars.

La cucina nn è stata soddisfacente avendo bambini delle cose nn sono piaciute e in questo ho trovato un po' di difficoltà nel fare mangiare i ragazzi comunque per il resto tutto bene giusto la posizione è un po' scomoda ma ci siamo adattati...

Estuve alojada sólo una noche, y en general el hotel está muy bien. 📍 La ubicación es lo que menos me gustó, no es céntrico, hay mucho caos con el trafico en la zona y hay pocas opciones para hacer en las inmediaciones. 🛏️ La habitación estaba muy bien, individual con cama grande, limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda; descansé bien.🚿 Baño limpio, amplio y bien equipado. 🥗 Se cena muy bien y a buen precio, tienen una carta bastante amplia para elegir. 🥐 El desayuno tipo buffet me pareció un poco flojo, aunque tenía un poco de todo abusaba mucho de dulces. 🤵🏻♂️🤵🏻♀️ Servicio muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante y el desayuno.

The gentlemen at the reception are very friendly, warm and welcoming. One of them took the time to tell about things we can do around and how to get about the area. Hotel os clean, room is amazing..Nothing major to complain about..It is located just around nice cafes, restaurants which is a bonus.

Touring Albania the best found, clean and welcoming environments, helpful and kind staff, beautiful rooms nothing is missing. Good dinner, very nice SPA. Halfway between the center and the airport, however there are buses and taxis without problems.
