I would rate the property a 7/10. Nice and quiet apartment.smells of cigarettes on the first day but apart from that everything was fine, my family loved and enjoyed their stay.

Modern apartment that needs better maintenance and cleaning due to the following reasons:
1) Toilet sink tap cold/hot water temperature is not maintained. It can be very hot suddenly!
2) Shower water taps. This is incorrectly labelled. Hot/cold label was swapped.
3) Sofa bed is not clean. Although clean linens were provided, the sofa bed had a dirty sock in it.

Good location
The room was fine. The bed was very comfortable, loved the rainfall shower in the bathroom. However the room was very dark. The windows were in the kitchen, and the bedroom/bathroom didnt have sufficient lighting. Cable TV was only in Albanian, no english channels. Plenty of storage though and perfect location in Bĺloku. Lots of cafes and restaurants.
