Good for a night or two , had a water pressure problem in my room I told the front desk and they handled the problem. Overall a good experience for a short stay

Loved this hotel! We only stayed for 2 nights, but the room was so nice. The complimentary breakfast was great too. Employees will clean & make your bed everyday, even without request. We didn't need the beds to be made or our towels replaced, but it was nice that they did it anyways. Would recommend this hotel.

They gave us no complementary bottles of water. They did not make our bed. David said you have to stay more than 7 nights in order for them to make your bed and you have to buy your own bottle of water! They need a new management. The place is nice, but the managements is not. My reservation was thru *******. I chose to pay at the property, but they charge my card a day before. They gave us a 1st floor room; I asked it to be changed to higher floor. They said I reserved via *******; therefore, they cannot change the room based on my selection thru *******. Totally unheard of! They a sign for a restaurant but they only serve breakfast.

The hotel itself was nice. The management is not. When I made the reservation, I was given a choice by ******* to pay immediately or pay at the property. I chose to pay at the property. However, I noticed they had charged my credit card a day before. Upon our arrival I told this to the person at the reception desk. He shook his head and said you reserved through *******. It's *******! Then he gave us a room on the first floor. I requested to change it to higher floor. He said OK at first. Then he said you reserved through *******, right? He added I cannot change your room. The rooms dedicated to your selection through ******* are on the 1st floor. He refused to change our room. I was taken aback by his response. It was about 7 pm at night when we arrived at the hotel. I saw a sign for the restaurant. I asked him where exactly the restaurant was. He pointed to the way to restaurant. Then he said unfortunately the restaurant was closed. I could not believe what I was hearing. Finally, after having dinner at a restaurant nearby we arrived at our room which was a few steps away from the bar and next to the kitchen!! There was no bottled water in the room. The next night we arrived at our room, we saw that our bed was not made, and there were no complementary bottles of water. We went to the front desk; and told this to David at the front desk. He said "We don't give out water, you have to buy it, and we don't do the beds unless you are staying more than 7 days. Disappointed!

Nice hotel very clean

Best bed in a hotel. enjoyed the stayed. very close to CommVault HQ. Was truely surprised by the facilities. The showers are incredible too. The restaurant is supposed to be open this coming week; but they had breakfast buffet open to the guests.
