The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. GGuest UserThe room is clean and maintained nicely, no mosquites or had no insect problem, yet with some musty and mossy smell. Air conditioner is very strong and had stable hot water for 24 hours. Bed is comfy but felt a bit itchy to touch on, perhaps because they didn't rinse it well and washing detergents were remaining in the bedsheet texture. The bathroom was terribly stinking and in the morning it was smokey also. Overall it pays well and not bad for the price.

GGuest UserIf you call yourself a 3 star hotel then you need to really buckle up. The guests visiting you, sometimes, are really looking for an opportunity to point on good, something different experience. Your guests should really feel that you are there to serve you. I did not feel the hospitality. I was definitely comparing this hotel with all the other hotels that i have stayed paying equal bucks. Casual attitude of the staff. When asked the next morning, they told me that they simply forgot to place a water bottle in my room. The building is good, great ambiance. But it all felt like unchi makaan feeka pakwan. Please do better to get a 4 or 5 star.

GGuest UserThe hotel city centre is in a very good place because it is located in the very middle of the city and there is also a railway junction nearby. The rooms here are also beautiful cleaning, the support of the staff is also available so it was nice to be here. (two items have failed like tv, water shower) this is a simple problem) everything else liked it
