The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The carpet smelled like mold. The pool stinks, the staff is never at the front desk. And the breakfast was 0stars no real breakfast. The milk for the cereal was bad. It was just an overall horrible experience.

Hotel in state of disrepair. Overpriced. Do not get the “suite”. If you don’t have any expectations you may be ok. Only plus is pet friendly.

It was hair in the shower, stains on the towels, kids running around everywhere, there was no structure, the door to the room did not look nowhere near secure.

Upgraded to the executive suite. There was only one bath towel and wash cloth in the room. Was stuck watching basic cable as Netflix log-in wasnt possible due to tv-internet connectivity. They advertise that they have a hot tub - yet it hasnt worked in 9 months with no plan to fix it. Pool area was extreme noisy and there was only 1 clean towel available. Free breakfast is free breakfast - but it was horrible.

Don't bother
If you are staying 1 night or 2 this hotel is ok. If you stay longer don't bother. There were 2 people in our room. They literally give you 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person. And a .88 oz of bar soap and a very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. There is a sign on the mirror that states there is housekeeping after your third night. Lies! I was there 5 nights and after the third night I didn't receive housekeeping services. I went to the front desk and at first was told that I must have been in the room. I said no I was gone all day. After the gentleman called housekeeping I was told I didn't ask for housekeeping. Since when do you have to ask? I told him the sign on the mirror states every third day. I was able to get fresh towels every other day along with soap and the shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was ok. Breads, some fruits, cereal (that actually wasn't stale), oatmeal, coffee, milk, yogurt, and you can make your own waffle. The pool area was pretty dirty due to unruly guests who left stuff all over. A worker looked at the room and left without doing anything. The traffic noise was terrible. I've never stayed where I could hear every semi that went by. The site isn't letting me upload any of the photos I took
