Wingate by Wyndham Tinley Park

I have been a frequent stayer at the Wingate by Wyndham in Tinley Park , Illinois for well over 8 years for business ( federal law enforcement) as well as pleasure. The customer service that I have received over the past 5 years, in particular, has been second to none. While I could stay at more exclusive hotels in the heart of the city of Chicago, this hotel makes me feel “at home”. It is all thanks to Jovan Young ( front desk mgr) and the staff. Jovan is “INCREDIBLE” and is the primary reason I return several times a year. She is warm, she has the kindest most genuine spirit, and she has always ensured that I felt like a valued “family” customer. I hope this review reaches many and Jovan is placed on the map as a top notch staff member of this hotel. Thank you Jovan for doing your job so remarkably well. Hotel looks new. Very nice, spacious roo.. Service was great,food was great. A little pricey. And very loud all hours for room 413 by elevator.

I hosted a June golf tournament in the south suburbs of Chicago. We had approximately 40 participants from various parts of the country. Thanks to the professional staff at Wingate by Wyndham of Tinley Park, our event was a huge success. The rooms and accommodations were excellent. A special thanks to Ms Gavina, Executive Sales Manager, for all of her help in putting things together. I strongly recommend them for your event planning.

This hotel is a solid choice for a business trip. The room and lobby were very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I liked the healthy selection of eggs, oatmeal, and fruit at breakfast. There are several restaurants and a gas station with snacks and drinks within walking distance, making it convenient. The property doesn't allow parties, which I appreciated, since I was there on business. I've stayed at other hotels in this same area and there were noisy parties, with kids running up and down the halls yelling, late at night. That's not the best when you have a 7 AM business meeting.

Tinley Park Wingate had an attractive lobby with a fun waterfall accent wall. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center, but they looked nice. Our room & bathroom were clean. Lots of counter space in the bathroom & a spacious shower with good water pressure. Loved having a small, free breakfast buffet & they had a fun pancake maker. Check-in staff was friendly when we arrived. We did e-checkout on our phone, so it was hassle-free & a time saver! The area outside appeared well-kept & safe. We would stay again!

There for the holiday weekend and the hotel was full! Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good with many options. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Will be back soon as this is one of my favorite properties when I travel.
